1️⃣ Scope of Services
Caring Companions provides non-medical in-home care services, including but not limited to personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and caregiver support. All services are provided based on an agreed-upon Care Plan.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion and will communicate any changes in advance when possible.
2️⃣ Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over, or minors under the care of a legal guardian. Caregivers employed by or contracted with Caring Companions must meet all applicable legal and licensing requirements.
3️⃣ Billing & Payment
Clients are responsible for paying service fees as outlined in their Care Agreement. Payment terms (e.g., hourly rates, deposits, billing cycles) will be detailed in your individual agreement.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.
4️⃣ Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and health information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
5️⃣ Website Use
By accessing our website, you agree to:
